We stock most items, however if not in stock, lead time is generally an additional day or two to print.

  1. ScAnimals are designed to be between 1-4 colors and 3D rendered,

  2. ScAnimals are then printed, a sheet of ScAnimals can take anywhere from 6hrs through to 2 days to print.

  3. The ScAnimals then head to the laser workshop where they are individually laser engraved with a unique QR code, which give the ScAnimals life.

There are a couple of things to try if this is happening.

  1. Try Scan your ScAnimal on a different angle, i.e. turn it 90 or 180 degrees, or try scanning from closer or further away.
  2. Try different lighting, i.e. not in direct sunlight, or if in a dark space, turn the brightness up on your phone.
  3. Try zooming in/out on your camera
  4. Test on someone else’s phone

If none of this helps – flick us a message [email protected] and we will see what we can do to help.

You can – for anything custom, please reach out to us and we can help figure out the specifics.

If you scan your ScAnimal and there is something wrong on its profile, such as the wrong color, or wrong item; reach out to us and we will fix it.

As engraving the QR code is a manual process and we do batches of the same color and then switch to the next. On the odd occasion we make a mistake, but its easily fixable 🙂
