Starting a Return or Refund

Please note that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your purchase is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. As with other returns, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Seconds Items
All Seconds items are sold “as is” and “where is.” These items are offered at a discounted sale price, and any defects or color variations are fully disclosed through detailed descriptions and images. Please note that there are no refunds or returns for Seconds items. All sales are final.
